If you haven’t heard, we held a family fun pop-up last Sunday, where the community was welcome to come out to play games, win prizes, eat treats, and shop with local vendors.
Exciting Games and Prizes
Whether aiming for the perfect score in a carnival-style game or challenging friends & family in a friendly contest of the classic game options available the event was designed to entertain patrons of all ages, with something for everyone. For kids stakes were high too—with prizes from Disney, Legos, and a host of other fantastic goodies up for grabs! The excitement on the kids’ faces, when they scored enough tickets for their coveted prizes, made it all worthwhile.
Delicious Treats and Refreshments
The event featured an array of snacks reminiscent of what would be found at a typical carnival and refreshments to keep cool throughout the day at our 'concession' stand. From sweet treats to savory snacks like cheese nachos & loaded hot dogs, there was something to satisfy every craving.
Explore Local Gems
In traditional pop-up fashion, there was an array of local vendors, showcasing a unique selection of herbs, natural gems, and other charming accessories. There were opportunities to discover herbs that can detox the body or boost the immune system, natural gems to help focus, & accessories to finish off your summer look.
Free Facepainting + Books for Kids
Keeping the camaraderie up, @GlowANDPlay provided free face painting for guests. To promote literacy and enrich young minds, the event proudly featured a special giveaway of free books for kids. The aim is to foster a love for reading and provide valuable resources for learning and imagination. Little ones were encouraged to pick out a new favorite book and take a small piece of the day’s joy home with them.
